Gert Minnie has made himself guilty
of not only misrepresentation but
also defeating the ends of justice, by disappearing to take full benefit of millions
of rands in fraudulent transactions.

HE WEARS A GOLD WEDDING BAND WHICH CAN NOT BE REMOVED.
It is critical that we find Mr Minnie as soon as possible.
On 25 January 2024, he parked his Hyundai IX35 (registration number CEO 3501) on Clarence Drive after crossing the Steenbras River Bridge.
It is suspected that Mr Minnie left with another person from this location.
Mr Minnie's cell phone has been turned off.
After his disappearance, Booking.com inquiries have been made in his name, in Welkom, in the Free State.
Mr Minnie may also be able to assist SSS and the SAPS in the investigation of the multimillion rands worth of fraudulent transactions that occurred before his disappearance.
It has happened previously and will undoubtedly occur again when our organisation is appointed to find a missing person, and we soon realise that this missing person is responsible for their own disappearance. After further investigation, the causes become clear: financial, relationship or criminal activities/dealings.
In this specific case, SSS is convinced that this specific missing person committed misrepresentation and lied to his entire family, relatives, the public and the authorities and planned his own "escape".
The intention behind Gert Minnies' disappearance was to commit fraud and theft and get away with millions of Rands.
He intentionally misled his own family and the SAPS, who exhausted their resources and many hours in their search for him.
